 Written on July 30, 2008 Summary: Good Product This is a good product and I have been using it for years. I like the tube but also find the roll-on to be very convenient. Written on July 13, 2008 Summary: Effective Relief From Mild Pain I use biofreeze to reduce the need to take oral painkillers that are harmful to my kidneys. With biofreeze I can eliminate the need to take oral painkillers for mild pain and reduce the amount of oral painkillers I need for moderate pain. The Gel is particularly good when used to massage the area. The gel has less active ingredient (3.5% menthol) than the spray (10% menthol) but provides a better base for massage. Biofreeze is semi-oderless and does not contain methyl salicylate that is found in other brands which can be toxic in frequent application. Good addition to the medicine chest for life's bumps and bruises! Written on July 1, 2008 Summary: A must have for traveling with pain I have used the Biofreeze products for years... however while traveling it's been a real help to be able to dab a bit here and there along the way. This handy 4 oz size makes it easy to get at while not taking up too much room in your carry on. Some airports will give you grief because of the 4 oz size but once they discover that it's for medical purposes they usually let it slide... however the 3 oz size it better for obvious reasons.
