Some might complain that the "flapping" effect of the side portions bothers them but it can easily be solved by a piece of double sided tape or a dab of silicone. The holes do not match up with the side buttons and ports AND it slips off the corners wayyyyy to easily. Even more dissappointing is that my favorite website and merchant in all the internet (Amazon.com of course) made me pay for shipping to return this faulty & low quality item.
