Written on October 29, 2008 Summary: great product, great customer service Works as well as advertised. Had a slight problem with mini-boom mic, which also cleverly acts as on/off switch, not staying closed. But customer service has been great -- returned item no questions asked for new unit.  Written on October 21, 2008 Summary: Quality? Lacking The BlueAnt Supertooth Speakerphone does work as advertised. My only problem: I have purchased 4 of these for my family and I've had to return two for replacement due to the little boom that serves as an on/off switch not working. In the first case it would not close and, therefore would not turn off in the second case it would not open. This occurred after relatively short use and could almost be considered DOA. I love the concept and since this is about the only hands free option available short of putting on a headset and looking like the "Borg", I will continue to use it. Amazon has been great about sending a replacement and paying for the shipping on the returns. Just a little hitch in what I hope will be a long lasting product. Written on October 14, 2008 Summary: Blueant light is very good but get the one without the side pop up On of the best product , very clear and easy to use but on the long run I would get the other model without the pop up antenna on the side if your budget can afford it. My friend has the pop up and this part broke after many uses.I got mine just before that otherwise I would have got the other model without the pop up.Still a very very good product! Written on October 14, 2008 Summary: works really well! works really well except sometimes on the freeway, i have to speak really loud for the other person to hear me, other than that 90% of the time, top notch item! Written on October 12, 2008 Summary: Review after a months use. This unit has been used on my sunvisor in my noisy RX7 sports car. With windows open it's a bit hard to hear. With the windows up voices are quite clear and easily understood. It's the best bluetooth device I've tried by quite a bit. My other experiences have been with one ear headsets. The BlueAnt with my Sony phone is actually better than the phone itself. The battery charge lasts and lasts. Pushing the mic in turns it off, pushing it again wakes it up. The buttons are easy to use. I haven't tried the voice dial feature. I would buy it again. ;o) -=Greg Mann=- |
