 Written on July 8, 2008 Summary: Superb Comfort This bra is absolutely the best. They arrived last week and I tried them on to be sure they fit properly. I loved how they felt so I decided to wear them before needing them for nursing. They are very comfortable and the fit is wonderful. I ordered the blush, butterscotch and beige. They all match my skin tone very nicely even though I have an ruddy complexion. Comfort is an important issue with me and these are by far the best bra I have owned. The price was excellent for a bra of this quality. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for ease and support that looks natural. Written on June 14, 2008 Summary: Very comfortable This is one of the first nursing bras I purchased, mainly because it doesn't have underwire. It is super comfortable and doesn't cut in under the armpits like some of the other bras I've purchased. The only downside is the straps are thicker at the base (when they scoop in) and show from under a lot of my shirts, but I've found this to be a common problem.  Written on May 21, 2008 Summary: Not as advertised The size listed on the website is not the same size on the tag when it arrived. I emailed the company and never heard back, so I am stuck with a $35 bra that I can not use. Very very dissapointed. Written on April 20, 2008 Summary: Good Brand I purchased just one Bravado bra in this style to try it out. The cup size was fine but being that I never wear tight fitting clothes (for me it's comfort over style) even the one size up wasn't enough to allow me to breath comfortably. I returned the product to the vendor requesting another size and they immediately exchanged it. The product is made of nice soft fabric that is light and thin but durable. When you are pregnant, you need as much comfort as possible. Being the very particular consumer I am, I chose this product because I wanted a maternity bra that I could snap off easily to bear the entire breast, not just the nipple. Babies will drool and the milk will leak when you breastfeed. This bra would have been perfect if it had snaps in the back to remove the bra. The back is elastic like all the other maternity bras out there and you have to remove it as if you were taking off a t-shirt. I give 5 stars for the very well thought out design of the bra. I ended up purchasing a second bra in this style. By the way...I did handwash these bras. I decided not to machine wash. Written on April 5, 2008 Summary: Worth the money This bra has really good support and super comfortable after some of the others that I tried. The only con is that the button version is hard to open with one hand. (there are two versions - the button snaps and the fastener type - and they dont offer you the option of choosing. My first bra was snaps and the second I ordered came with plastic fasteners) My advice would be to go up a cup size for better comfort since there will be days of engorged breasts or sore nipples. |
