 Written on September 7, 2008 Summary: Great product I am a Big Tea drinker and did my water in the microwave for years. While visiting family this summer they had this type of kettle. It is a great product. I also boil water for making pasta just to get the quicker result. I have and always will use filtered water. I especially like the cordless feature, and the stainless/black coordinates with my kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone. Written on August 30, 2008 Summary: Top Notch Works like a champ. Faster than the stove and uses less energy. What's not to like. Written on August 29, 2008 Summary: good value and good looks for the price! I had owned this model for 5 years before breaking it this summer. I shopped around for "new and improved" models but was shocked at prices. In the end I decided to go for the brand I know and trust so I bought the same kettle again. It is easy to keep clean and it looks the part with other stainless appliances. I am more than happy with my purchase. Written on August 20, 2008 Summary: Great item! I bought this to substitute for our stovetop kettle while we were renovating our kitchen and would living in the dining room and bathroom without a stove, but with a microwave. We knew we needed coffee! I love it! Fast heating, not too wide a profile, easy to bring to the table and won't take up a burner on the stove when we eventually get the stove reinstalled. Downside, it will take up space on the counter. The kettle on the stove was always spattered from the nearby saute pan. And I bought the stovetop kettle on eBay and found out it didn't have a whistle! This electric kettle turns itself off.  Written on August 17, 2008 Summary: OK hot pot This hot pot is OK. It doesn't heat water as quickly as some other kettles I've had, though, so I would shell out a little more money for something more powerful. The stainless steel interior is nice. |
