 Written on February 23, 2008 Summary: Classy and striking pattern -- terrific "glass" Corelle! We love Corelle. My last set (I had a service for 16!) has been used since 1994, and I gave it to Habitat for Humanity and will not be surprised if it survives another large family like ours for another 15 years! Really attractive black and white design with many coordinating pieces. I also bought a glossy black teapot, chargers, sugar/creamer from Amazon from Waechterbach (sp?) and the entire setting is really knock-out gorgeous. A+++++++ Really LOVE the glossy black stoneware mugs! I bought three sets of Corelle from Amazon -- one set broken upon receipt. Went online and a new set received within TWO DAYS!! Amazing service! And free shipping to return the broken box of Corelle. Written on February 13, 2008 Summary: Corelle Classic Cafe Black Service for Four Many years ago, when Corelle first came out, I had small children, and my sister gave me a gift of Corelle for Thanksgiving. It was wonderful because the children had broken so many plates and cups prior to this durable gift. Through the years, and many moves, I have used ordinary dinnerware. But now, remembering the good quality and other features of Corelle, I decided to rid myself of all the old, heavy dishes and get a small set of dinnerware just for me. I have arthritis in my hands, and the lightness of Corelle is perfect for me. Of course I love the retro look from diners of yore that I ate in as a young woman. Great buy!! Written on January 28, 2008 Summary: Good Quality and Inexpensive I replaced my 25 year old set of Corelle plates with this new set. There was nothing wrong with the old set, I just wanted a change. The quality of the new set is just as good as my old set. I like the fact that the cups are bigger, more like a mug. Good value for the money and I would buy again.
