You get nice, fine zest and the balance is just right so that you don't get too much pith. Written on May 9, 2008 Summary: Microplaner / zester This item works really well. I used it to zest lemons and it worked much better than the other one I have. My only problem was that I didn't realize that the bottom edges would be so sharp and cut myself while cleaning it. |
