So, I ordered it and it came in the amount of time they estimated. It was brand new, in great shape, and everything I wanted!! It seems to be a manufacturer defect with it being able to turn on. The flat irons work fabulous but the cost and the defective switch are something to take into consideration! The return process is a big hassle and it is VOID when purchasing online. Now I find Amazon is selling gray market products with no manufacturer's warranty. Come on Amazon, I expect better than selling products with no warranty. I expect warranty issues from the fly-by-night vendors on the internet, but not Amazon. Do the right thing and look after your customers.
