 Written on December 18, 2007 Summary: I got a used one too. How can they advertise this as a new product? And why did I think I would get a new one after reading the reviews of all these people that got used ones? Lesson learned. I got a used one that is more beat up looking than the one I have. The contact plates are filthy. I'm not even going to try it. It's going back today.  Written on December 10, 2007 Summary: extremely satisfied The battery arrived very quickly and works great. I don't have to charge my phone multiple times a day anymore...i can sometimes wait 4 days to charge. I have no complaints. Written on November 27, 2007 Summary: Cell phone battery Product was shipped very fast, packaged well and hold its charge real good. Best of all the price was excellent.  Written on November 1, 2007 Summary: Don't pay high prices at the Verizon store! I purchased two of these batteries for my self and my son when the originals quit taking a charge. They work as well as the ones that came with the phone. They look identical to the batteries we had. The are still fine after nearly a year. You can't beat the price since the local Verizon guy wanted 50.00 each for replacements! How do they get away with that? Worth the money!
