 Written on July 12, 2008 Summary: Amazing! This movie was amazing, the best Camelot type film I have seen. Angelica Huston gave an exelent performance. Finally, the whole knights of the round table lore from a womans perspective. The tribute to the Goddess was a very pleasant surprise too. For anyone looking for an interesting take on Camelot this movie will delite you. Written on June 17, 2008 Summary: Not the worst movie I've ever seen... Okay, it's not awful, but it's definitely not great. Have you ever seen a movie where you weren't entirely sorry you had ever watched it, but there is no way you'd ever watch it again? Well, that's what this was like. It had good points and bad points - but to be fair (and to help you get a gauge on where my opinions settle) I didn't like the book it was based on either (though, oddly, for different reasons). Written on June 8, 2008 Summary: its ok... This movie isn't bad. That being said, it is hands down the worst butchering of a phenomenal book I have ever experienced. Now I know that things must be cut for the sake of time when adapting to the screen, however, the story barely resembled the idea of the book. Badly done, in my opinion. Other than that, not bad for a tv movie. Written on March 31, 2008 Summary: Wonderful twist on old tale! I love tales of King Arthur anyway, and this one was very well done with superb acting, especially from Angelica Huston. Written from more of a female perspective and guided by a great book, we go deeper into King Arthur's court to see the 'story behind the story'.
