Summary: ATTENTION PS3 OWNERS
IF YOU HAVE A PS3 DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET!!!!! THE CHEAP PRICE ISN'T WORTH THE HASSLE. IT'S HARD TO FIND OUT HOW TO WORK IT & SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. YOU WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED. I'D RATHER EAT A CUCUMBER THAN GET ONE OF THESE FOR FREE

Summary: Not very good
I had a motorola H300 and I just loved it. It can attach to you ear firmly and the sound quality is really good.

I thought H350 should be better than H300 since 350>300, but I'm wrong. The H350 can't attach to your ear firmly, it's very easily to move. And the sound quality is not as good as H300, people kept telling me my voice is not clear when I'm using the H350. What's more, sometimes when I push the button on H350 to answer the phone or I already have the H350 on my ear and dial a number, I can't hear anything. But in fact, the phone call has been connected(coz people on the other side asked me later, why I can't hear from you when it's connected). This never happened with H300.
I'm very disappointed at this earpiece from Motorola.

Go buy an H300, much better.

Summary: Makes life a little easier but could use improvement
This product works pretty well but definitely isn't the most practical in terms of ease of use. I think it is a limitation of BlueTooth in general but it is really a pain to have to hold the button down just the right amount of time to get it to turn on/off, redial, etc. The earpiece is comfortable but doesn't take into account that some of us wear glasses. When I have them on I find it doesn't fit behind them and if I turn my head it's possible the thing will go flying. Also the volume up/down are on opposite sides which is awkward - when trying to use one hand it is hard to not push both up and down at the same time which seems to mute or somehow turn the unit off so I have to drop off calls suddenly. Charge lasts a decent amount of time and the sound and voice dialing are great. It's decent, and better than holding the phone when driving, but I'd like to see if newer headsets have improved on any of the features. (Is there a blue tooth headset that just has an on/off button??)

Summary: Not good for women
I bought this item as a gift for my wife to use with her Razor cell phone. It would not stay in place when she tried to wear it. Actually when I tried it on it didn't fit me either. Not adjustable as far as the ear loop goes. So I shipped it back for a refund. Maybe if you have a very large circumference earbase it might stay, but otherwise every time she turned her head it fell off.
