 Written on June 9, 2008 Summary: I love it !!! All the songs are incredible and I can't stop listening to it. Best soundtrack.  Written on May 14, 2008 Summary: So disappointed to read... ...that most of the best songs are missing from what I was HOPING would be an awesome soundtrack to own. I literally JUST finished watching the movie on Pay-Per-View, and now that I can see once again through the tears and have quit blowing my nose enough to type, I am just sooo sad that all of you are telling me that so much is missing from this cd. Six years ago when I was 31, my husband was suddenly(obviously) vegetative after a motorcycle accident. After nine months, he passed. There were sooo many similarities to my life and this movie that I could hardly bare it at times, but it was a good hurt. I SOOOO BADLY wanted this complete soundtrack to re-live it again and again. WWWWAAAHHH!!! (Hey, lady! Is this a BLOG, or a REVIEW for gosh sakes?!?!?) Written on May 13, 2008 Summary: No Gerry (Gerard Butler) on SOUNDTRACK - Galway Girl Ok, I am a guy who was force to watch the "P.S. I Love You" movie by my wife and I must confess it was well done and I enjoyed it. The music snipets by Gerry (Gerard Butler) were fantastic, especially the "Galway Girl" scene was just perfect. It is very disappointing when you see all the songs and artists listed at the end of the movie and expect them to be on the soundtrack and then they are NOT. I will not be buying the CD or any of the other songs until they correct the "SOUNDTRACK" with all the songs. Sorry for the rambling, but it is amazing to me that some of the greatest songs that made the movie so great are missing. Written on May 8, 2008 Summary: must have !!!!! What an awesome collection of music. I would of liked Gerry's music in there as well as the Happy Christmas song at Gerry's eulogy. I havew listened to it over and over. Written on May 7, 2008 Summary: Missing Songs, But Still Amazing. Okay, so I'll admit, I ALMOST had an emotional breakdown when I noticed that the Pogues weren't on here. But I decided to order it anyway. And I have to say, it's the best soundtrack I've gotten in ages. Yes unfortunatly it's also missing Gerry's & Steve Earle's songs, but all the other tracks are simply perfect. Maybe they'll come out with another soundtrack someday, but for now, I'm deeply satisfied. :] |
