Written on September 16, 2008 Summary: Nice Sheets I've never purchased premium sheets before, so when the opportunity arose, I thought I'd try Bamboo. They're nice and smooth - comfy, but then I'd expect that in any good sheet. I needed a sheet with a deep pocket to tuck in under my 4" memory foam topper. This sheet does with room to spare. Good product. For what it's worth, the color (taupe) really is the same as in the picture, so if finding exact color is important to you, you can rely on this image to reflect true color (and, I would assume this to be true of the other colors as well).  Written on September 15, 2008 Summary: As good as I expected, maybe even better I have 2 sets of these sheets now, and have used them for a few months. I had wanted 100% bamboo but they are so pricey I thought I would try these instead. I LOVE these sheets. I bought them knowing they would not feel exactly like 100% BAMBOO so maybe that helped influence my opinion? I think they feel very close to the 'real thing'. I would buy more (and plan to), and highly recommend them. They handle well when being washed, folded, put on the bed and even having slept on a set for several days they look great and don't sag a lot. They are soft, breathable, and great for warm nights without feeling flimsy or heavy. I'd say 'practically perfect in every way' Written on September 7, 2008 Summary: They don't look or feel cheap If you have visions of bamboo splinters think again. These sheets are soft, smooth but not shiny, and appear to be well made. The launder well and are soft enough that ironing is unnecessary. We have had some very expensive sets that were stiff and every wrinkle felt like a wire. For the money you can't go wrong. Written on September 2, 2008 Summary: Bamboo I was excited to have bamboo sheets because it is a renewable resource. They are good but not the softest sheets ever. They got very wrinkled and feel a little crisp. The quality seems good and they fit well. Written on August 31, 2008 Summary: Cool sheets Like flannel but bought these for summer. They are nice cool sheets. I like the idea that they are partly bamboo. They wash night, but stay somewhat wrinkled; so, if you care about that you won't want to buy them. |
