Professional Review:
Take your best shot with the super-slim Cyber-shot DSC-T50. Powerful, yet small enough to carry in your pocket, this ultra-compact 7.2 megapixel camera is doubly effective at reducing blur. Share your photos as slide shows set to music with family and friends on the huge 3.0" Clear Photo LCD Plus screen. Featuring Super SteadyShot Optical Image Stabilization and high ISO sensitivity, the DSC-T50 captures beautiful shots without a flash where a flash is not permitted or might disrupt the mood. The DSC-T50 also comes equipped with a precision Carl Zeiss 3X Optical/2X Digital zoom lens and 56 MB internal memory for capturing images without a flash memory card.

   Summary: Very good, but...
The Camera has fullfilled mostly all the expectations. Only the anti blur system(super steady shot)was quite disapointing because most moving objects apears as blury as at my other, and oldest, Olympus digital camera. I really expected more from it.

   Summary: Great travel camera
This has to be one of the most versatile compact cameras ever. The 3" display is awesome. It makes it very easy to frame subject and also for editing & modifying pictures. With this one, I own three digital cameras and by far, this is the most convenient and easy to use. The prompts in the menu are very logical and easy to follow. The movie feature is also awesome. The sound quality is the best I've seen in any camera this size.

Very impressed!!!

Summary: Beware of Sony's corporate policy
I bought a Sony ICD-MX20 Digital Voice Recorder a week ago. I was surprised that Sony does not provide downloads of the associated software named "Digital Voice Editor". Sony Customer Service staff told me that if you lost the CD that came with the box, you had to buy a new one. Only patches of the software are available to download.

The Customer Service personnel told me that it was corporate policy despite the fact that the software is bound to the digital device.

This immoral policy violating the norm of digital appliance industries and should not be encouraged. Sony is demoting its brand name by offering poor post-sales services. Think twice before making your buying decision.

   Summary: Better color
I used to have a Canon Powershot. I am happier with color from Sony. It gives me true sunset color. It seems to have wider range of color especially in red zone. Skin tone is more real and livelier.
