 Written on October 23, 2007 Summary: garbage I loved the light, but after just a couple weeks it stopped working. not a money saver if you have to replace it with a quality product. Total waste of time and funds. After complaining to the company SF Planet I got an email saying they would be happy to replace the item with a new one, which arrived a couple days later. The first time I plugged it in, it had a short that was causing my phone to connect and disconnect from the charger so my screen was constantly popping up with the charging icon. When I got it to finally charge consistantly the green light on the car's side went out and it no longer worked at all. Again, this product is total junk and I wouldn't take a replacement again. Great customer service.... if that means anything. and if you only want to charge your phone once every 3 weeks for 5 minutes, between waits for the replacement to come... this might be the charger for you!  Written on October 19, 2007 Summary: Great durable charger I use this for my primary phone charger, and it goes with me everywhere. Its been through dirt and mud and dropped plenty of times without a problem. It hasnt broken on me like the other sony chargers I've had, and the prongs holding it to the phone have held up fine Written on October 18, 2007 Summary: Shoddy Product This product does not work well with someone who values mobility, quality, and ease of use. You must be extremely careful when using it - otherwise, one or both of the prongs holding the connection in place will break. This product is not sturdy and cannot withstand normal usage, especially not in a car/traveling environment. Written on October 16, 2007 Summary: great I like the little light on it. Helps to plug it in without having to turn on the overhead light in the truck. Works great! Written on September 29, 2007 Summary: absolutely terrible after using this product two or three times it broke. a total waste of time. you neet to make sure you treat it like fine china or else it will break. complete garbage! |
