   Summary: Top Ambient
This is one of ENO's finest ambient projects. Quiet haunting and mesmerizing. I would have to list this as one of ENO's top 5 pieces. I remember when it came out on VHS it had these silly instructions of watching the VHS with your TV turned on its side...I still wonder if it was some kind of joke...

   Summary: Easily my favorite
This is easily my favorite ambient work by Brian Eno. It is extremely relaxing, hypnotic. I love most of his other ambient works, but this one is a masterpiece. Eno is a creative genius.

Summary: This is What Infinity Sounds Like
It's relaxing but keeps your mind active. It's not that unpleasant happy sounding New Age pap. It's growing and not growing. It's serene yet edgy beneath the surface sometimes. One shimmering chord is heard throughout while other bell-like tones accompany it. It can lull you to sleep. It can stimulate you. It's there then not there. I've had this since it came out and after hundreds of listens I'm still enthralled by it. It's the best of Eno's fine long pieces which include 1993's "Neroli" and "Discreet Music".

Summary: dreamy masterpiece of minimalistic beauty.
this single piece of music, which is over an hour long, is one of the best sleep aids i know of. and i most certainly do not mean that as uncomplimentary. on the contrary; having a beautiful piece of sound wash over you as you drift in and out of the boundaries of sleep is a fantastic experience, and this album is perfectly suited for nudging you into a dream state. there is a hazy, gentle, bell-like quality to the few simple keyboard notes that drift around lazily over the chord that carries this composition. pure serenity. my favorite ambient recording of all-time. another great ambient recording by brian eno is "music for airports." also, the composer harold budd does some great minimalist soundscapes of tremendous beauty as well. my highest recommendations.

   Summary: Yet Another Green World
This is one of the most significant recordings to come out the mind of a past rock and roller in decades. Eno, of course, has been plying his trademark of ambient and art song crafting for many years now and of the the music of his that I'm most familiar, it is this recording that I keep coming back to in order to secure a space where I can both trancend and sink into another green world of my imagination and dreams, of retrospective thought and hopes. Uplifting and soothing, mysterious and aluring.
