The TransTherm sandwich base evenly transfers heat over the entire bottom of the cooker which makes for faster heating and better heat retention. With a Perfect Plus pressure cooker, your cooking is healthy, saving both time and energy and reducing cooking time up to 70 percent. The pressure cooker is made of 18/10 stainless steel and comes with a perforated insert and trivet. Ergonomic handles allow for easy, safe handling.  Written on January 12, 2007 Summary: A seen on Alton Brown's Good Eats This is the unit used by Alton Brown on many Good Eats episodes. It is made in Germany and is the best of the best. I love it and use it almost everyday. The Good: Simple to use. Easy to clean and indestructible. The Bad: Nothing Bottom Line: Good enough for Alton, good enough for me. Written on May 23, 2006 Summary: Deserving of the name "Perfect Plus." Beautiful engineering, beautiful appearance, perfect ease of use; what more can you ask for? I've never used a pressure cooker before, but after reading the manual, I had no trouble at all. After just one use, my fear of "the thing exploding," completely disappeared. The quick pressure release was very easy and functional, and clean up was a snap due to the removable handle. I've only used it a few times, so I can't comment on its durability, but it looks like it will last a very very long time. I got it at a great price, and so far I am very happy with the purchase. Thank you, Amazon.com.  Written on October 21, 2003 Summary: Do not buy it!! After using a few months , there are some crack on the handle. But They will not provide any warranty on that. I hope this case is only mine.. |
